UX design + research

Hola! I am a user experience designer and researcher passionate about the intricacies of human behavior and technology. Employing user-centered methods, I approach every project with curiosity, allowing me to deep-dive into the root-causes and come up with functional yet delightful experiences.

With more than five years of experience as a visual designer, I transitioned into the UX universe after getting my masters in Design Research and Human-Computer Interaction at DAAP, University of Cincinnati. Currently, I am a full-time designer and researcher at the division of Biomedical Informatics at one of the most renowned pediatric research institutions in the world, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Medical Center. In this role, I craft digital experiences for patients, family and caregivers, and researchers.

As a designer and researcher, I embrace diversity and communication across disciplines and cultures. Having lived in four different countries has truly taught me the importance and value of diversity. I enjoy working in multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams.

Aside of the digital universe, I enjoy tacos, dark chocolate, movies, cycling, reading and hiking. Feel free to reach out to discuss a project or just to say Hola.
